After installing a new HD STB, and resetting my parental controls for TV-13 and above, the Control activates, but doesn't prompt me to enter a pin. In order to watch the show, I need to turn off the controls. I have reset my STB with the in home agent, but still have the problem. Does anyone have this issue?
Hey albello, you try unplugging the power cord from the outlet or STB for 20secs then plug it back to reset the STB this usually works then try creating a PIN for your parental control.
