I have a Philips remote and only the power buttons are not working. If I turn on the TV and set box manually, the volume and Guide buttons work just fine. I've tried re-setting the remote to factory settings, but that didn't help. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

Have you tried them all?
If not, do that first.
If you have, then you may need to try the search feature.
