I've had TV for two days - woke up this morning and all channels on all boxes are "currently unavailable" - phone and internet are OK - VOD on the TV works also. Under the diagnostics section on the stb the S/N ratio is 0db. All of the IP connectivity checks are ok.
I've been on hold trying to reach tech support for 30 minutes...
In Pittsburgh PA.
Anyone else seeing this?
