Pixelated bands on live tv

After 3 years of mostly trouble free service over the past week we have developed a problem with pixelated bands on live TV. The picture quality issue is the same on our 3 STB's and is more pronounced on HD channels. The issue seems to affect the DVR less than the STB's. We do not see
Any problems when watching on demand or recorded shows just live tv. After going through all the steps with two different agents and replacing the STB's the issue still persists. We have checked all conections sand have found no visible issues. We unplugged any other electronics to rule out any interference with no luck. This is most frustrating as live tv is almost unwatchable. Any suggestions?

Also our STB's are the silver 7100's and our DVR is a newer black model

Since it is happening on all the TVs it is either the ONT or coax grounding block which are Verizon's responsibility or a common coax wire or splitter which are your responsibility unless you have a maintenance plan.

I am having the EXACT same problems! For about the last week. Some channels are fine, some are so pixelated you cannot watch them. I am in Southern California, any others having this problem????
