Every time I rent a movie on-demand, the picture is garbled and so is the sound. So we start the phone call madness and the automatec semi-human contact. Then I have to lay on the floor and write down some 32 digit number from behind the box. Then I have to unplug and replug everything a few times. Finally I am too tired to watch the **bleep** movie so I just go to bed.
I think I will go back to Netflix. Driving and picking up the movie was easier than this lunacy. Does anyone have any suggestions ?

i just rented a movie and sound and picture alllll garbled. how do i reach verizon to cancel? i gave up on chat!

I am getting the same thing both on TV Channel on demand (HBO, for example) and on the movies I have paid for, what is going on Verizon... I pay a good amount for your service.
