Please help with PPV Purchase.

I moved into a new home and transferred my Verizon FiOS from the old house to new house.  Becuase I moved counties, I had to send back my old boxes and get new boxes for the new county.

Fast forward.....

I tried to buy a UFC PPV event like within the first week and I got a message:

You are not authorized to purchase pay per view events

Please go to Menu > Customer Support > My Account > Purchase History to view your purchase history and request for authorization to purchase.

I did EVERYTHING under the sun to try and get it to work since it was like 15min before the event started.  Was on the phone with Verizon for almost an hour and finally just gave up.  They gave me a Ticket# for the issue but nothing ever came of it.

Tonight, there is another UFC PPV fight I would like to order so, I thought, let me try it now at like 2PM just to see if it works and sure enough...........NOPE!  SAME EXACT MESSAGE.

What do I do to get this working so that I can buy PPV events like I always have in the past just by using my remote and box????

I have 1 DVR and 2 Set Top Boxes.

Have you tried to purchase online?

Log in to your account and try it that way.

Or you will have to contact support directly.

Either by phone (which could take a while) or via twitter (@verizonsupport).
