Premium stations shut down and same freezing dvr issue

1. Premium stations I pay for Work for about 20 min then shuts down. Dvr stutters and freezes. Box swapped already, two techs came out, been on phone x 5, hold times in excess of 1.5 hrs., tech visit windows of arrival anywhere from 3 hrs to wait all day, call yesterday from "someone" who was total {word filter avoidance}, told me my service was working (it isn't), promised call back from tech - nope; promised fix no later than last evening - nope, last guy I called threatened to take my name off need help list!!! Phone rep told me couldn't send anyone here if my service even works for few minutes, wow you guys - really???? I have been such a Fios advocate - need to rethink that! How about I pay my $100+ month bill this way?
