Quantum guide search issue

So I've had fios quantum multi room dvr service for about a month now, and everything has been running smoothly. Recently I've encountered an issue using the program search feature, whether it's search from the menu or search for program from the create recording option. I can successfully search for the show and hit ok on it, however after hittin ok it sits on please wait and never pulls up the information on the show (therefore not giving me the option to record it). I have to search for the show, look at the air date and time, and then go back to Find Program in guide and manually record it that way. This has now been going on for two weeks. I have done multiple resets on ALL of the boxes (including the main device). Any assistance would be appreciated.

There are already several threads on this issue. It is a known firmware bug that came with the recent update. We all have to wait for a new update for it to be fixed. When will we get a new update with the option fixed is the big question.

having same problem and more w/guide, etc.  have spent hrs. w/customer service several times.  box has been reset, etc. several times.  Why the heck didn't they just tell me there was a problem and they could not fix it rather than wasting all my time.  Why am I paying for services I don't have.

I'm having the same problem. I called Verizon about it, and the support guy replicated the problem in his lab. He couldn't tell me how soon it would be fixed. My contract expires later this month, and whether I renew will hinge on this.
