Since the upgrade, I've been unable to search by keyword - the new search only find programs with matching titles or actors. Is everyone experiencing this same issue?
An example would be to search for the keyword 'beer'. there are lots of shows with 'beer' in the program information but my dvr is only showing things with beer in the title.

Unfortunately the search feature on the Set-Top Boxes only searches the keywords against the Actor and/or Title, not against the description of a program.
This may be something that changes in the future, but not as of the moment.

So the search function having its functionality greatly reduced, making it less effective and thus OBJECTIVELY worse than the old setup, is considered an acceptable state of affairs? Is that what's happening here?
(Camron, I recognize you're at the level where you don't make the decisions, you just pass them along to us, so I don't mean to sound angry with you. I'm just unhappy with Verizon's "maybe we'll fix it, but probably not" response to this matter.)
