Remote DVR + Media Manager issues

I have been a FiOS customer for a week and I have a couple of problem that tech support has not been able to help me with.  I would appreciate any assistance from the folks in this forum.

#1 I downloaded the latest Media Manager for Mac from Verizon's website but the STB tells me that there is a version mismatch and I am supposed to get the latest version of Media Manager on the computer.  As a result, my wife cannot see YouTube and I cannot see the iTunes+iPhoto libraries.  Anyone have any idea how to fix this?  Tech support did not know.

#2 I have activated the Remote DVR functionality in both my DVR's and I can see the DVR's on the website but when I try to see scheduled recordings or recorded programs I get an error message on ONE of the DVR's.  The other one works fine.  Here are the automatically added port forwards:

192.168.1.101:63145 Application  UDP Any -> 63145 Broadband Connection (Coax) Active

192.168.1.100:63145 Application  UDP Any -> 63146 Broadband Connection (Coax) Active

The problem is with the 100 DVR where the UDP Any is being forwarded to 63146.  Is there something I am supposed to do with that?

Thanks in advance.

For the web access issiue----

Try the suggestions in this post: http://forums.verizon.com/t5/FiOS-TV-Technical-Assistance/DVR-web-remote-access/m-p/232979#M21471

The last suggestion worked for me. I have 3 dvrs and only one was accessable without errors on the web until I booted them in the correct order (trial and error for me to determine which one was the master).

The version mismatch is not solved by following that link. If anyone knows a solution I am on Version 1.1 build 9.1.42. I have gone to the software update on my mac and there does not seem to be one available. Any help would be appreciated.
