For the past few days I have been experiencing difficulties with the remote. Whenever I hit guide or info nothing happens. If I keep pressing the info may pop up or the guide might, but then I am unable to scroll through. I don't understand why this is all of a sudden doing this. I've replaced the batteries and nothing changed.
If I have to pay as much as I do for this TV service each month I want it to actually work.

menu > settings > video settings
SD OVERRIDE
If it's set to 480 i or P then turn it OFF instead
if it's set to off then put it on 480i.
Make sure that the check mark is displayed next to the item you selected.
