The wife called (ms Porter) 12 Jan 2012 and requested a box to return a no longer required STB, she was told they would ship a box in order that we could return the no longer required STB and it would be intransit within a week(J00137482704). The wife call again this morning (1/20/2012), the call was ans In Texas (ms Leann), and she was really not interested in providing us with assistance. (a Slightly PO'ed stockholder)

Alternatively you might check to see if there is a local VZ store nearby where you could drop it off in person as you do other errands. Easy if available.
