I was not given a choice of the type of STB I could have. It is a problem that the box does not have the time or channel displayed unless iwant to pay more for a service I do not want.
I have had this service for @ 4 weeks and have had many problems with service and performance. verizon cannot even get the spelling of my last name correct.
Very poor!!!! Can only look to switch back to cable vision.
The newer HD stb does not have a time display. If you really want a time display a store is tou only hope. If you have a fios store front near you, you might be able to get an older HD STB from the store. There is a store locator link at the very bottom of the verizon.com page. Give you local store a call to see if they have one in stock.
