The series manager is losing any changes that have been made. Since about the first of the year, I have noticed that whenever the STB is turned off or reboots, changes made to the scheduled programs are lost and the series manager reverts to an old version. The old version appears to be the same each time this happens, so it seems to be reverting to a particular day. I have never saved to the cloud. If I made all of the changes and immediately did a save, would this likely solve the problem? Since I don't know what is causing the problem, I'm not sure how to fix it. Verizon was no help.
