Since late last night we have been working with Verizon Support to change the location of our new MR DVR.

The old MR DVR was received and removed from our account by Verizon. I have changed the name of the new MR DVR to the LIVING ROOM using the IN HOME AGENT.

HOWEVER when we check the Menu on that DVR it keeps coming up FAMILY ROOM and another DVR MR is assigned to the LIVING ROOM.

There is NO other MR DVR it has been removed from our account, it does not show up on In Home Agent however the DVR Menu on the new MR DVR indicates another MR DVR is already assigned to LIVING ROOM.

AGAIN there are NO other MR DVRs and we can not give the name LIVING ROOM TO THE NEW REPLACEMENT MR DVR.

MR is the main DVR and MR means Mulitiple Room

Assuming the other is the old one, it will eventually go away some time after they receive it back.  Just live with a different name for now.
