Smart TV Doesn't Work on HDMI

I just purchased a Samsung 60" 3D Smart TV only to find out that it doesn't work at all on HDMI.  And every other product I have does work on HDMI.  This is a severely flawed box and I may have to switch to comcast.  Verizon needs to fix this flaw

There apparently something wrong with either your STB or your set up.  Your problem is not common.  Have you contacted Verizon about it?

I have 2 Samsungs on HDMI with no problems. A 40" and a 55" 3D.
What problem are you having?

The Samsung TV does not work on HDMI.   Every other product does work on HDMI.

Why do you assume the problem is the STB instead of the TV?  Have you verified the STB output on another device?
