So many issues...where do I begin?

1.  Both of my remotes freeze.  Sometimes the only control that works is the volume and channel selector.

2. While watching a show I recorded the program got to a certain point and froze.  After several tries to replay I had no success.  Then while trying to unfreeze it the current program that I was watching froze and appeared in the upper right hand corner.  I was never able to watch the conclusion or my recorded show.

3. Sometimes I cannot rewind live TV.

4. Sometimes if I pause live TV I cannot get it to restart.  I have to turn the TV and/or the DVR box off and back on.

5. Dish TV or etc. are looking very appealing.
