This just started yesterday - on all TV's in the house, certain HD channels don't work, i.e. 503 works, but 504 and 505 don't.....506 works, 507 doesn't. Any thoughts on what may be causing this?? Had to watch the Bruins game in single definition! Ugh!

Try rebooting your router then all of the boxes.
Does it still happen afterwards?

Thanks so much for your response. It doesn't appear that it worked (I'm at work and my husband is home, so I can't be certain)! Any other thoughts??

Next step would be to call tech support or go onto dslreports.com and post in the "Verizon Direct" forum and explain your issue there where a real Verizon rep. will tell you the next step.

my dvr shows all my shows on ch 506 recorded yet i can neither view 506 live nor view my recorded 506 progs. also lost my entire schedule for recordings with daylight time change this weekend. anyone else have this problem?
