OK, I was told by my salesperson (door-to-door), that the Extreme HD package DID include the sports package, and for me, this was a deal maker/breaker (i.e. I needed GOL TV, GOLF HD and NFL HD channels). At installation, it did not show up on the TV, so the Tech made phone calls, and then I had it. However, on my 1st bill I was charged the $7.99! I called Customer service (arghhhh!!), and they said the sales rep had to fix it, they couldn't I called him, he said he'd fix it, and all was well. NOT! My 2nd bill just came and the $7.99 charge is still there......!! Charles, etc. what can you do to make this right? I can PM you with account #, etc if you need them. Thanks in advance Bob
