I can't access my Starz player.  An error message comes up when prompting the program from Microsoft Windows saying, "StarzPlay has stopped working".   Nothing will open.  Anyone have any ideas on what the problem could be?  Is it my computer or Starzs?

Hey Prestige, I am sorry to hear do you another have one pc with Starz Play on it if not then you call Starz Play Support at 888-360-6457.

Starz Play won't work for me either, it says I don't subscribe, but I am watching on my TV now. It just won't work on my computers.
