Summary of Web based Quantum STB programming non-deterministic issues

  1. Inconsistent visual indicator (web TV listings view) showing a recording has been scheduled
  2. Series manager recordings not consistent between STB and web view - based on a few experiments, I do NOT trust creating a series recording from the web.
  3. The age old "manual recording" problem has been improved somewhat because clicking on the recording brings up the details, but why are these two steps necessary?

Do others see the same issues? 

Does Verizon know?
