I called tech support and they can not look up my account by the account number.
What kind of **bleep** backwards system are you people using over there.

Without a doubt 100% true. you cannot find a number for the tech support its so bad, you innitiate live chat and it runs you in circles......................Wake {word filter avoidance} up Verizon.
