Television performance with Verizon

Disappointing and frustrating. ABC news not available on HD. Pixilation problems every day, almost every HD channel. Sound interruptions. Communication complicated and distant from possible action. Phone calls to verizon get computers, and end up with an information requirement not ready, like lengthy numbers and other nonsense. Not as advertised. About one more week of this and we will switch back to Comcast.

This is a place where customers help other customers.  If you'd like to speak to Verizon, you need to contact them directly.  Use the "contact us" link at the bottom of these pages.  Sometimes Verizon moderators will escalate issues to their support team

If you'd like help from other customers, give us a details about your setup and equipment and maybe we can help figure out what is wrong.

you have more than 1 STB? If so, does it happen on all of them?

Have you tried making sure that all of your connections are tight (from ONT all the way to STB)?

I have had good luck with reporting issues via twitter @verizonsupport.
