OK, I hope someone can help me with this. I already have two TiVO's. I am going to replace one with the elite. Of course I already the Cablecards, how hard is it to get it paried to the new unit?
Its not too hard. When you plug the cards into the new TiVO it will provide some additional information. That information is needed by anyone in tech support to pair the cards to your new device. If you would like our assistance here on the forums when you get your new device, please send me a private message so you can provide us with the HOST ID, DATA ID, and MCARD S/N numbers as well as your account info.
