I moved my Verizon service on Wednesday, and the tuner was performing well for the rest of that day. On Thursday the channels were working very badly, most of them switching to "Unavailable" after a few minutes of glitching in and out.
I have attempted to use the "Support --> FIOS TV" link, but it too has been "unavailable" all day.

When you say you "moved your service", did you relocate the system to another room? And when you say "tuner", do you mean the DVR or STB? Here are some general things to try:
1. Unplug the STB/DVR for 30 seconds and replug, let the machine reboot.
2. Check the connections of all wiring, assuming HDMI unplug and reseat at the TV and STB. Coax leading into the STB, unplug and reseat tightly.
3. Backtrack the coax to the splitter to ensure no kinks or creases in the wiring. Ensure good connections at the splitter.
Those are the first things I would try. If that fails, you might try component cables plus the audio cables in lieu of HDMI. Let us know if any of that helped. Good luck.

To answer your questions, I had moved from one residence to another, and the STB was the one that had worked one day, but not the next.
Responding to your solutions, apparently there was a coaxial cable badly seated, all the HDMI are in place, and reseating the coaxial cable did solve the problem.
Thank you for the response, this saved a service call, and the possibility of missing the Super Bowl. 🙂
