I've had Fios for about 3 months.
My TV's occassionlly flash a blank(snow) screen then a blue screen and then go back to live tv in usually 3 to 4 seconds. Sometimes, not often, the screen goes black and doesn'tt cone back on for a minute or more..
Have this problem with two Samsung TV's with dvr boxes, and one with an Emerson TV with a simple box..
I have seen some indicattion that Samsung tv's may be a problem but in this case a non-Samsung TV also has It.
My boxes were reset through Fios Solutions but that didn't work.
Appreciate any help I can get.

Are you using HDMI cables? Do you have any component cables you could switch out temp. to see if you get the same results? That would at least rule out a handshake issue. The next step would be to rule out a signal issue and a coax cable issue, splitter, etc..

Think I tried component hook-up sometime ago but worth trying again and I will do it when I can.. No one has mentioned the possible problem (somewhere I read of it) that fios is not compatible with at least some Samsung tv's. If that is true seems Verizon is shielding a truth when they sell you the service.
I am not sure there is a problem with the Emerson TV, which my wife uses with a simple box. She first said it also experience the same problem and then retracted that. Ho hum The problem is probably limited to the dvr boxes, both which are connected to Samsung TV's.
