I recieve an error that indicates "my set to box does not have enough credits to purchase this asset". My bill is paid and current. I have spoke with techinical support. No luck fixing. I have spoke with billing who even upped my credits. No luck. I am apparently showing a negative balance of 32. Not sure the root cause or how to fix and appartently no one there does either. This has been going on for a month. Any suggestion?
