Using the P265v1.1 remote with my Yamaha receiver

I just switched to Fios....seems great so far. Any way to use the remote to control my Yamaha HTR-5730 receiver? My old cable remote was able to turn it on and off, but I fear the new remote cannot.

I guess I could always get a Logitech remote if this won't do it.

Sorry our present model P265v1 remote controls do not have the ability to control anything other then the Set Top Box and the TV.  Yes you can use a logitech to control the Set Top Box along with other devices such as your AV receiver, DVD, VCR, etc...
