I have had this remote less than a year and it is fried, where can I get another one.

I believe if you call tech support, they'll send you a replacement.

However, I needed extra ones, so I just went on eBay and bought a three-pack for about $10.   There are plenty of suppliers out there.

So, one can buy VERIZON remotes on ebay?  I've had my remote for about 6 years and it doesn't have the new features.  I'm surely not paying for a remote !!!!

I looked at ebay, too much money for having just got the FIOS hook up so I called support and they are sending me new free remote.
