VOD out for three days. Unplugged everything removed cables re-set boxes. Still out!! Best thing to do because it is impossible to get service on the phone, call to place an order instead cancelled HBO.
Worst service in the world!!! Verizon phone menu is like a merry-go-round. When you get to someone they tell you "you got the worng department" and back to the main menu you go around and around.
