I have a regular tv, not hi-def. For awhile now when I try to watch a free tv show on demand,it only plays for about 20 seconds and then comes up with --stb lost video due to network connection failure vod_191. When I searched this forum the last entry about this problem was about a year ago. Anybody know what I can do? Thanks
I keep getting the same error after about 30 minutes of a show playing. It is really aggrevating.
I had a chat with a Verizon in-home agent and I just unplugged the set top box and plugged it back in. I was able to watch 2 free tv shows that day. Next day I tried it and I got the vod_191 error again. I guess the only solution is to get another set top box.
