I've been generally happy with Verizon's VOD service (ordering free content generally). I decided to splurge and actually buy a VOD offering, but got handed a jumbled, blocky mess of video without sound. All attempts to contact their customer service are met with silence and infinite hold music.
Same problem here...brand new customer (less than 1 week) and have now experienced the same blocky silent thing twice.
still on hold...tried resetting box 2x...unplugged router...same problem. HBO on demand works fine. I suspect it's a bandwidth issue since those are not native HD movies, but what do I know...besides that I never had a waited this long with Cox
Oh...and I forgot...I'm using component video (YPbPr), not HDMI...
