I called Verizion today and they told me I had to get a new set top box. My set top box would not turn on and it would have a 6666 message or a error message when I tried to. Verizion told me it was broken and I had to get a new set top box, not only is it expensive but the Verizion retail store is far away from me. Is there anything I can do? I am very upset about this and If this issue is not solved I will discontinue my Verizion services. I have a motorolla 2500 set top box.
They didn't offer to send you a new one? Typically that is what they do.
Send you one via ups. You just return the broken one.
Takes a business day or two.
