I just spoke to a verizon robot for 20 minutes and I'm unable to talk to a human being either on the phone or the live chat sessions. "She" told me my service is down which it's not. The soonest she could fix my service is wednesday which is not needed because my service is not down. The fields in the sign in box for live chat won't accept my entries. Since switching to verizon my blueray is no longer working. Please help!

Welcome to the forums.  This is a peer-to-peer place where customers help each other.

If you can provide more details about what is not working with your Blu-ray player I might be able to suggest a solution.  Verizon support, on the other hand, won't be much help with your non-Verizon equipment.
