I have had residential Fios for years. I ordered service for a business I am starting and moving in this weekend. I ordered on the 9th and it was arranged for the 20th September 2013 (tomorrow) and at 8:08 PM tonight (19th September) I get an email stating "Congratulations your installation has been postponed for 7 days".

I cant even email them back to ask why. I am really **bleep** as I have ordered $600 worth of signage with the new phone number. Really angry and disgusted they would do this to a new business owner. It's flakey and unprofessional. Shame on you Verizon.
