I use the web based DVR tv programming tools, and I recently found several problems and inconsistencies. I have a program, NCIS New Orleans on CBS, which I set up for series recording, but the series manager defines the show to be on 9/24 at 1AM on the series manager priority page. It does not show the program as being recorded at all on the scheduled recordings page, nor the tv listings page. The DVR itself does not show the program scheduled for recording on the guide page, but the series manager on the DVR does show it, as a series to be recorded. I also have a series, Bones on Fox, which is listed on the web program and the DVR as "untitled recording". Does Verizon know about these issues?
