Whenever I use On-Demand it says i need to activate my box

Whenever I begin to watch On Demand, A screen comes up that says i need to start cable service for this device. It says this:

In order to start cable service for this device, please contact your cable provider

(Verizon phone number)

CableCard ID: bunch of numbers

Host ID: bunch of numbers

Data: Bunch of numbers

Unit address: bunch of numbers

Card S/N: Bunch of numbers

The screen will eventually go away and on demand will play the movie or TV show properly. if i select something else to watch it does it too. please help!

Have you tried rebooting the box?

I just did and it is still doing it. It started when i got the boxes replaced

Since this is going on since you replaced the boxes it sounds like something didnt get activated properly.

You could try pushing the activation again here if you did it yourself. http://www.verizon.com/fiostv/selfinstall/

If not or it doesnt work I'd give them a call and see if they can do something on their end.
