I can't seem to view channel 193 (chiller) from my set top box. It does show the info guide but remains on the last tv channel you are viewing. All other channels are fine except for 193. Also on the other TV's with digital receiver, I can view channel 193. what do you think is wrong?
That's typically signal quality ... check all the connections / splitters along the line between your ONT and the TV which is experiencing the problem including disconnecting and reseating each connection.
thank you, got it working. had to reset the set top box by unplugging and removing the coaxial cable from the box and installing it again after 10 seconds.
