Am I missing an obvious place in the settings to control the size of the information bar?
Last night, we had an issue where certain channels were not coming in. If we typed in the channel, it appeared in the information bar, but never switched over. If we tried entering the channel above/below and channeling down/up to reach the channel we wanted, it would skip over the channel.
Using the chat function, tech "updated" our STB. Since that point, while we have the channels back, the information bar is much wider than the screen. The only to fit the entire bar in the picture when changing the channel, is to set the TV at 4:3...which defeats the whole purposes of having the TV!
Is this the 1.9 upgrade I'm reading about that other's are saying the bar now takes up the whole screen? Or some random quirk?
