I press the rec. button on the remote and it turns blue with a check mark, but when i go to dvr, it says it has no recordings on it. how can this be?

To fix the recording issues press menu, then go to CUSTOMER SUPPORT, then IN HOME AGENT, then SET TOP BOX AUTO CORRECTION. Please let us know if further assistance is required.Has the box been reset or auto fixed to try to correct this?
