My kids accidentally purchased a movie. I was able to have the Verizon rep taken the fee off my bill. However, she does not know how to delete it from 'my purchase' list. I want it off so I don't accidentally view it and have to pay for it (again). Anyone? Thanks.

You might want to put a purchase pin on your stb. It will prevent accidental purchases. The title will expire and come off on its own.

Thanks for your response. I did finally put a PIN on the machine with help from the Verizon rep.
Are you saying the title will eventually disappear from my list of movies? The movie was purchased so would it be mine 'forever' ?

As far as I know if it was purchased it will always be there and there is no option on the dvr/stb to delete it. There might however be an option online on your verizon account to remove it since I'm pretty sure purchased movies are saved to a cloud with Verizon and arent stored on the dvr/stb. Go into your verizon.net account, go to my verizon then over to view pay per view. See if there's a way to do it from there. If not its possible there is no way.
