Just moved, and transferred our FIOS service. Fired up the FIOS remote app, and registered the new set top box/DVR. I can use the remote control aspects of the app with no problem, but when I try to use the DVR functionality, I get a message loop that keeps popping up and disappearing, telling me there are no set top boxes associated with the account. It goes into a loop of appearing/disappearing, and I have to force quit the app to stop the loop.
Any help would be appreciated.

Have you logged on the my.verizon.com web site and confirmed remote DVR functionaility is enabled?

I'm logged in, but I don't see anywhere to enable DVR functionality?

Also, I found the "Set Top Boxes" area, and there are none listed there...

Are you using the Verizon provided router?

From the STB menu choose settings
Then select FIOS TV REMOTE DVR
Then choose Web Access
Follow the instructions on the screen to enable

First, I really appreciate you trying to help me, but verizon is making this way too difficult.
I got to that screen. It says:
Status: Not Activated
To access the website, go to:
http://www.verizon.com/fiostvcentral/
Login ID:
Confirmation Code:
(left those out intentionally, of course)
I go to the URL, and get a generic FIOS TV redirect, even though I am logged into my account.
No links anywhere on the page to enter the login ID or Confirmation Code.

i am having the same issue, ive not found anywhere to input a user id or confirmation code.
any help with this would be awesome
