I just got a new media server for FIOS Quantum service. After booting up, the various menus appeared to be normal, but when I use the up/down arrow keys to move to a menu item, the highted item moves irregularly, sometimes jumping up or down by several items. It's as if one press of the arrow key is intrepreted as several presses. I had this problem both with the new remote that came with the media server and the old remote from my old set top box. Is this something I can adjust?
