my room where I want to install new fios tv dose not have a cable outlet so when the technician comes on Friday and see no cable outlet what exactly would the tech need to do?
The technician will install a coax outlet for you and he will charge your first bill appropriately. Please do not give any money directly to the installation tech for anything. If Verizon is to charge you for anything done, it will be applied to the first bill.
