How do I exchange my original FIOS DVRs for the newest models with more storage/capabilities?

You have to login at www.verizon.com/fiostvcentral
don't sign in at the very top, but on the right hand side there is a sign in.
after signing in you will see this ad.
Get More DVR Storage Space
Click on that and follow the instructions. i think there is a one time charge to get it.
