I got a post card stating as a loyal customer i will get free HBO until 2-28-15. This was around Dec 1. This worked for a few weeks but immediately after I upgraded my equipment to the quantum boxes HBO won't work and says i'm not subscribed. I called customer service and they have no record of this and nothing they can do. I guess I'm not longer a valued customer.
Anyone else have this happen to them?

Sounds like it could be that the free HBO was with your old setup, but once you upgraded it voided it. Does the post card have any terms listed on it or it just says you have free HBO until 2-28?
You could try posting on the Verizon Direct forum over at dslreports.com and see if the Verizon reps there can look into it for you and see if you should in fact still have it.
