how do I set a program reminder with the remote?
Bring up the guide, find the program you want to set the reminder on, press OK on the remote and then select "Set Reminder" (on my STB which is running IMG 1.9, it's the third option down).
Keep in mind that if you have a DVR and don't have IMG 1.9 you can't set reminders. Only works on non-DVR boxes twith IMG 1.8 (the majority of users - if you don't know what version you have go to MENU => SETTINGS => System Info).
