I am getting the message "Bad Gateway" when I try to access my DVR from the internet. Can a Verizon tech please help? Thanks!

You'll need to contact Verizon and ask them to "reset the port mappings for Remote DVR". Use exactly that phrasing. They will take care of it and it'll be fixed in no time.
