"Check Out CNN on Twitter" message - YECCH!!!

How can I get rid of the annoying message on my TV Screen?

Why is this bothersome message blocking my view?

Didn't I pay for TV service, not constant ads?

Why does Verizon think they have the right to place ads on my TV screen?

Is this an indication of an arrogant multimedia giant?

Should I expect Verizon to put things on my TV without my permission?

Will Verizon be constantly trying to sell me things I don't want or need?

Am I becoming under the control of Big Brother Verizon?

HELP!!!

I believe if you are talking about POP UP messages, you can disable them under settings.

I haven't had luck disabling that in any menu yet, so if you find a way to disable it in the menu then let me know,  So far all you have to do is hit 'exit' and it will go away and  it will disable it for the entirety of while you are tuned to that station. every time you go back to the station you have to hit exit again to get rid of it, otherwise it's there and pops up every ten to 15 minutes.

I know the solution, go to Fox News.Smiley Very Happy

Sorry I will need to investigate that one. Yes I would say it is a very valid gripe, if it works as stated.
