I got a new dvr so I removed my HD stb and decided to move it to my kitchen, but when I tried to connect it,out came up with "your set top box has no data connectivity" I have tried switching it with a another working box, and the box I switched with it worked, so it's a problem with the stb that I originally tried to put in my kitchen. Any help on how to fix this? Tried rebooting over 10 times.

Have you tried putting the box in question on another connection?
If it doesn't work their either sounds like it died.
But if it does, could be a levels problem.

Call Verizon to try and reactivate the STB if that doesn't work get them to send you another one.
